CANCELLATION POLICY
All large parties and events of 6 guests or more will include an automatic 20% gratuity. 24-48 hour cancellations may be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.

DINING CHECKLIST

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. In addition, we have a 15 minute grace period. We reserve the right to cancel any late appearances. If you are running late, please contact the restaurant at 905-312-0103.

All guests apart of the reservation must be present in order to be seated.

If a significant amount of time has passed, we may ask you to accommodate your party at the bar out of consideration for other guests who are on the waiting list or walking in.

Dining is limited to 2 hours

No outside food or beverage is permitted in the restaurant without prior authorization

While we adhere to the local and provincial policies regarding service animals, we request that all animals remain on the ground.

We are a family friendly restaurant from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and all day on weekends. We request that you bring a child seat if one is required.

We request that you notify your server of any allergies. Not all ingredients are listed on the menu and we cannot always guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.

Out of respect for other guests and due to safety precautions, we do not allow balloons or inflatables, in addition to any outside decoration or props.

Unfortunately due to the age of the building, the infrastructure does not allow us to be fully accessible at this time.​​

DRESS CODE
To ensure a tasteful experience for our patrons, we expect our guests to dress up for a great experience. In order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all of our guests, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, and ball cap style hats and visors will not be permitted.

​Entrance to Island Queens Restaurant is at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed, under the influence, and/or wearing articles of clothing containing vulgarity or language that guests may find offensive.​
